Workflow Actions in SharePoint Designer 2013
In SharePoint 2013 workflow, SP Designer 2013 supports the SharePoint 2010 workflow. There are different types of Workflow Action actions included into SharePoint 2013 designer workflow.
Recent actions :
Recent actions is core action or basic action.
Coordination Actions
Coordination actions are used to appeal a workflow based on the SharePoint 2010 Workflow platform which contains Start a List Workflow and Start a Site Workflow.
Core Actions :
This types of action mostly performed commonly by user such as add a comment, add time to date, if you want to do some calculation in workflow which has the action Do Calculation etc. If new item added into created list you can send item added alert to user by using action send an Email so on.
List Actions:
List actions has helped to get check in items, check Out items, Create list item, As simple it performs the actions against items like delete item.
Task Actions :
Assign task, perform task.
Utility Actions:
